Rose Tours is an Entertainment Travel Agency based in Pennsylvania focusing on bringing affordable premium cruises and special events to all travelers. Founded by Billy Roseman, Rose Tours has spent three decades providing the best in domestic and international travel including Group Cruises, Motor Coach tours and Super Bowl packages. Now under the direction of President Hal Roseman, along with his full travel staff, Rose Tours specializes in Entertainment Cruises, both full and partial ship charters, Conventions and special events.

Rose Tours & Travel acts solely in the capacity of agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging and other services, and as such is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury, accidents or other claims due to any act or default on the part of any company, entity or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging and other services which are part of the tour. Rose Tours & Travel expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw any tour or to make changes in the tour, with or without notice, including transportation, accommodations, location and/or destination. In the event of inclement weather or other adverse weather conditions, causes or events beyond the control of Rose Tours & Travel which cause delays or any other inconveniences, Rose Tours & Travel shall not be responsible to pay for resulting costs and expenses to the group including additional lodging, meals or other incidental and/or consequential damages.

International Travel
Air or sea requires proof of citizenship such as a passport or original birth certificate plus picture I.D.

Insurance
Insurance is strongly suggested to safeguard your investment. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available to protect you and must be purchased at time of booking.
